"Our Nautilus works fantastic. Everyone is amazed at how it can climb the walls and make it way to the seating to clean them. too. Programmed for 2 hours it picks up 95% of the pool bottom., about 98% for 3 hours of random vacuuming. It takes about 10 minutes to start and the same to shut down including cleaning the filters. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the time saved. The grandkids had fun watching it. My grandson said it looked like a tank, "We should call it Sherman."

Works Great, Customer Service sucks.
After receiving my new Nautilus CC Pro with wifi, I discovered that there was a part missing from the box, the Ultra Fine filters (separate from the installed filters). I found in the literature sent inside the box with the new item a statement "the ultra fine filters, which are included in the box, should be used occasionally to remove small debris such as sand or grit". My box had no filters. I called the Manufacturers phone number and spent 25 minutes on hold then another twenty minutes trying to get them to send me what was missing. Retail value for the ultra fine filters is $15. I had to threaten them with return of the item for a refund to get them to send me what should have been incuded in the box. total time on the phone; 55 minutes. Good news is the Nautilis (priced at over $1100) works very well. Better than my polaris which I am replacing.

So easy to use, easy to clean, gets the job done.
no wonder this product is the best selling, great price, works great!!!! Easy to use, easy to store, mostly easy to clean. I've used this product all summer long. I used to use one that plugged into my pool, it constantly needed parts and repairs, so far the Dolphin is far superior, so glad I got the caddy to help me store and move it.

Dolphin Nautilus pool cleaner
Have used this brand of pool cleaner for several years with great success. Had to return this one because it was not big enough for our pool. Customer service was exceptional. Gave us a full return. A big Thank You to the company.

Does a good job on sand
This robot vac does a good job on small debris, which is exactly what I was looking for. It takes several passes, but it works better than any other vacuum I have tried. The down side is it doesn’t stay in the shallow end long enough, and it constantly gets stuck between the bottom of the stairs and floor, and sides and floor.
